Weekly Update - May 18, 2018

posted May 21, 2018, 9:01 AM by All Saints Academy
This week representatives from the three All Saints Academy Campuses met to discuss the formation of the new Parent Association for All Saints Academy. It was a very productive meeting with coming to consensus on some issues. The Executive Board of this organization for the 2018-19 school year will be as follows:
  • Three President-Elects, one from each campus
  • Treasurer
  • Secretary
  • Principal Designate
At the end of the 2018-19 school year, an election will take place in May for the position of President. There will always be a President and two President-Elects, one representing each campus. Meetings of this organization will take place the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. General meetings will take place in August, October, December, February, April and May.

These meetings will rotate locations. Individual campus meetings will take place in September, November, January and March. Our first General Meeting will take place on Tuesday, August 14th at All Saints Academy – St. Rose Campus.

All Saints Academy is looking to hire two part time nurses (LPN’s or RN’s) to work in our schools. Hours would be from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day. If you are interested (or someone you know), send a resume to Mr. Danzeisen at rickdanzeisen@archstl.org.

Frequently asked questions:
My school has two Scholastic Book Fairs a year. Will we beable to continue to do that?
Yes, if your school has two book fairs you will be able to continue to do that.

Will each campus still have their own Bellarmine Speech Team?
Yes, each campus will still have their own team.

Will all three campuses have the same lunch menu from Food Service Consultants?
For the most part they will be the same, but there will be variations from time to time.

Yard signs are available at all three campuses. Please contact your building principal if you would be willing to place one in your front yard. I thank you in advance for your help.

This is a reminder that to be fully enrolled at All Saints Academy, for all three campuses, each family needs to be upto-date with tuition.
